Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your ProjexHQ account (operated by Madlan LLC) and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

If you can sign in, you can delete your account directly from within ProjexHQ:

Open the ProjexHQ app (or sign in at projexhq.com).
Go to Settings.
Select Delete account and confirm.

This immediately cancels any active subscription and permanently deletes your account.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app or your account, email us and we will process the deletion for you:

Email hello@projexhq.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Account deletion request." We will verify your identity and complete the deletion, typically within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your account and profile information (name, email).
Your workspace content (projects, programs, portfolios, tasks, schedules, risks, budgets, resources, and uploaded documents or files).
Any device push-notification tokens associated with your account.

Your active subscription is cancelled as part of account deletion.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited set of records where required to comply with legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligations. Such records are kept only as long as necessary and are not used to re-identify you for other purposes.
